After completing my Degree in Humanities, I chose to pursue my true passion, inherited from my family: the art of cooking. In 2024, I began my higher education at the prestigious culinary school LE CORDON BLEU in Madrid, Spain. I have successfully completed  the Basic, Intermediate and Superior  Diplomas in Spanish Cuisine.

Although my current focus is Spanish gastronomy, it is worth noting that LE CORDON BLEU’s methods and techniques are deeply rooted in French culinary tradition.

I am available to embark on what has always been my greatest dream: to cook and gain invaluable hands-on experience under the guidance of my mentor.

On a personal level, I am healthy, highly disciplined, and deeply committed to fitness and bodybuilding. My extensive knowledge in nutrition, dietetics, and personal training could add value to the team possibly encouraging other chefs to train with me, which would truly make me happy.

I lead a healthy lifestyle: I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I am passionate about travelling, discovering new gastronomic cultures, skiing, and seizing any opportunity to explore new places.

Being raised by a professional Head chef  instilled in me from an early age a profound respect for the profession and a strong sense of discipline. These values have shaped my understanding of what it means to work efficiently and respectfully under superior command during service.

I am motivated and ready to begin a new life filled with responsibility and adventure.
